Had a great experience with Kailee W as our designer. She covered all the bases from doing the measurements, displaying various samples and design options, and pricing . Was also very clear and transparent about the company and install process.
Shower remodel
Great! The design consultant Meleah thoroughly explained everything including the different options and styles. Also we were happy with the cost estimate. It’s been over 25 years so we are due for an updated shower in the master bedroom.

Walk in shower
Our experience was outstanding, contractor showed up at 8am put down tarps to protect our flooring. He went right to work removing our old tub and tiled shower are. Our water was off for a couple of hours and then proceeded to install new shower base and walls and new shower head. Cleaned up the entire area removed any and all debris. Working completely by himself was done by 5pm. We are very very happy with our new walk in shower. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience
All I had a great experience with the salesman and the install guy. Had a tub shower converted into a walk-in shower and it was installed in one day. Had one minor hiccup which was fixed the following day very glad I chose this company.
Bathtub conversion to walk in shower
Ty, from the Columbus office, arrived promptly for our appointment. He was professional, polite, extremely well informed, and gave an interesting fact-filled presentation. He measured and photographed our bathtub and pointed out the advantages to be expected with the remodeling. He had samples of the material they use as well as brochures showing examples of the kind of remodel we wished to make. It was a pleasure doing business with Ty.
