When Excellence meets Professionalism.

Our representative Jesse Zenn impressed my husband and me from the start with his solid handshake while looking us in the eye, acknowledging us by name with a warm smile. And, he met my number one criteria… He was prompt. Once we sat down he proceeded to ask questions about our needs and wants and concerns before showing us any product. His focus was to understand exactly what we as a family needed to make our lives better. He then looked at our bathroom space and talked about a variety of options that would be available for us to upgrade, …not only the visual appearance of what we currently have in our home, but also enhance safety. There was no question that we were his first priority. After taking the time to truly understand our concerns, we sat down and looked at the various options available and found one group of product that stood out above the rest. Although we are extremely pleased with what we saw this evening, my husband and I are not ready to make a final decision but will absolutely ask for Jesse‘s help in the future. In closing, Jesse’s professionalism, caring, and authenticity are to be admired. And, the price was quite appealing too!!!
