When I called, they got someone out the same day. The salesman Jakob came out to us, he was great really got to know us in the short time he was there. Gave us a great price, beat the other quotes and we had no choice but to get the bathroom remodeled. Very happy with the experience and will call them back when I do my next bathroom!
